Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before ordering LAWNSATIONS yard greetings!
When ordering any of our products and services, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
1. PAYMENT. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and hold reservation date and must be paid in full.
Confirmation of Payment will be sent via text or email.
Acceptable payment methods are- Cash App ($lawnsay), MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Amex, Zelle (PREFERRED), and PayPal.
Information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
Payment price includes delivery, set-up, and take-down/pick-up of the yard greeting.
2. DELIVERY. All yard greetings include your personalized display. Your LAWNSATIONS greeting will be delivered the day before your event date after 6pm and picked-up after 6pm the day of the event, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. Multiple day rentals can be accommodated, and same-day late pickups can be requested, but not guaranteed.
3. Every effort will be made to install in customer preferred location, however, ground conditions may determine actual placement.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS. Should you need to cancel, LAWNSATIONS reserves the right to refund 1/2 of your payment, or you have the option to reschedule later for the full value. Same day cancellations are non-refundable, also:
Refunds will not be given if homeowner requests greeting to be removed.
Refunds will not be given for errors that occur on order submission.
Refunds will not be given if access is not granted due to gate codes, or if wrong address is given at time of order.
Refunds will not be given, if pets or anyone inhibits set-up.
Full refund can be given if cancellation is made at least one week prior to the event date.
5. RUSH ORDERS. Rush and same day orders will be based on available inventory. Rush fee will apply.
6. INCLEMENT WEATHER - LAWNSATIONS will not be able to deliver your greeting if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up or break down. In the event of prohibitive or inclement weather, and we are unable to satisfy the original set-up date/time, we will reschedule at the first available date/time as weather permits.
SPECIAL NOTICES:
1) Homeowners are encouraged to have mowing and manicuring completed and sprinkler system off prior to yard sign set-up.
2) Homeowners (if different from purchaser) must be notified of greeting scheduled prior to set-up.
3) All signs are the property of LAWNSATIONS and should not be removed, repositioned, replaced, or damaged; no balloons or other attachments to LAWNSATIONS signage allowed. Full payment value for damaged signage- including letters, numbers, stakes, and graphics will be enforced.
4) LAWNSATIONS reserves the right to decline any order that is controversial, political, lewd, lascivious, disrespectful, or does not represent the celebratory brand. We will work to satisfy all customers with suggestive messaging.
5) You grant permission and consent for LAWNSATIONS to use photograph(s) of your Lawnsations yard display for publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
Lawnsations' Privacy Policy
Lawnsations respects your privacy. By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to the following terms regarding how we handle your data:
Data Collection: We will collect your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates. The information will be collected via the website contact form, email, rental agreement, or third-party reservation systems.
Data Usage: We use your data solely for sending updates and reminders related to our products or services.
Data Security: We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access. Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.
Data Protection: Lawnsations commits not to transfer consumer data to any external organizations under any circumstances, even with user consent
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY: Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan. Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies. Contact Lawnsations at 678-866-4062 or lawnsations@gmail.com for HELP or to STOP or CANCEL receiving messages.
Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or CANCEL to lawnsations@gmail.com or 678.866.4062. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed, and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our Phone number, email, and website. We are here to help you.
Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Lawnsations will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers.
